- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Grapevine Wash Local District will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2025 at 11:00 am regarding changing its name from 'Grapevine Wash Local District' to 'Land Enhancement and Development Special District' and adopting an Environmental Mitigation Impact Fee of 0.2% of the estimated construction costs of any building project within the Grapevine Wash Local District boundaries located within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Leeds, Utah. The public hearing will be held during an electronic meeting.
