- Call to Order: Roll Call: New Business: - Consideration and possible council recommendation regarding updating the Scofield Land Use Ordinance Table 2 Uses of Land # 132 Extraction and Mining of Sand, Gravel, Earth, Stone, Gas, Gas, Minerals, Petroleum or similar resources from Special Use to not allowed in the Agricultural Zone. - Consideration and possible council recommendation regarding adoption of Scofield Town Ordinance 5-19-2025 enacting noise and lighting restrictions and general quiet hours withing the Town of Scofield. - Consideration and possible council recommendation regarding changing Scofield Land Use Code Table 4: Required Lot Features and Dimensions Minimum Setback from Dwelling or Accessory Building from any Lot Line abutting a street and Meeting Regulations.
