- TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING Friday, May 02, 2025 at 2:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin 84779 AGENDA A. CALL TO ORDER CLOSE PUBLIC MEETING AND OPEN CLOSED MEETING Meeting will be held at 114 s Mill Street Virgin Ut. 84779 (Old Church) 52-4-205-(1)(a): discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 52-4-205(1)(d): strategy sessions to discuss the purchases of a water right or water shares, if public discussion would (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
