- Rockville Town Council Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall February 15, 2023 - 6:00 pm Amended The Rockville Town Council will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday the 15th day of February 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments -- If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for items not listed on this agenda. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Report on Rockville/Springdale Fire Protection District - Pam Leach 2. Report on Recommendations of the Planning Commission - Tim Arnold, Chair Administrative Action Items 1. [Deleted] Discussion and Action on the possibility of hiring a part-time compliance officer in partnership with the Town of Virgin and acceptance of the proposed job description 2. Approval of the minutes of the January 11, 2023, Regular Meeting. 3. Approval of expenditures for the month of January 2023. 4. Approval of the January 2023 financial statements.
