- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Grand County will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2025, entitled Arroyo Crossing Phase II Infrastructure Project, located at 2022 Spanish Valley Drive, Moab UT 84532. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:00 P.M. on May 6, 2025 and will be held at the Grand County Commission Chambers, located at 125 E Center Street, Moab UT 84532. Further information can be obtained by contacting Gabriel Woytek at 435-259-1321. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Gabriel Woytek at Grand County Clerk's Office, located at 125 E Center St, Moab UT 84532 at least three days prior to the hearing.
