Financial: - Review Financials (action item) - Make a motion to pay all/any outstanding bills, including: (action item) a) UACD Auxiliary Quilt Tickets. $50. b) Clerk Contract Qtr. 1 and 2. $2000. 5. Board Business: - 3rd Grade Farm Field Day: recap, invoices, reimbursements. - Sign SERA forms - FY25 Conservationist of the Year (action item) - Gopher Abatement Project: status - Gopher machine's status: rental and maintenance - Upcoming Training and Renewals (action item) - Upcoming events or Meetings Supervisors plan to attend - Approval/reports (action item) o NACD Convention: February 8-12, 2025, in SLC, UT - Project Ideas & Long-term capital projects (action item) o Weed Control o Gopher Abatement - Soil Health Workshop (action item) - Approval of Ardl loans/projects (action item) a) Ratify FY25 Ardl loan 1.
