- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA FOR April 23, 2025 - 8:00 P.M. BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84731 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold a special meeting beginning at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson 2. Declaration of Conflicts: City Council Members 3. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems. 4. ACTION: Any action to be taken as a result of or arising from discussions had in the closed session. 5. ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING/DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above Notice of Agenda was posted this 21st day of April, 2025, 24 hours in advance of the meeting. A copy of the foregoing notice of agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Beaver City website www.beaverutah.net and posted at the Beaver City Center.
