- Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday February 18, 2025, at 6:00 pm. Zone Change: - Zions Landing 2.0: This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from A-E to R-1-9 with the Complete Neighborhood Overlay to allow for the development of six residential lots located at 1495 East 400 North. - Canyon Court Urban: This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from R-3 to C-2 General Commercial to allow for seven commercial lots to be developed at 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway. - Condor Heights: This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from R-R to R-1-15 with the Master Planned Development Overlay to allow for five residential lots to be developed at 713 South 3400 East. Annexation: - 920 West Annexation: This proposal involves a request to annex 6.57 acres of undeveloped land located at 920 West 200 North into Spanish Fork with Rural Residential Zoning. This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
