- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER a. Invocation: Councilmember Kelly Kimber b. Pledge: Councilmember Tom Smart 2. PUBLIC COMMENT: For Items not already on the Agenda scheduled for a Public Hearing. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. The council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should state their full name and address, and whom they represent on the subject matter to be addressed. No person shall interrupt legislative proceedings. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR Invoice Register 4. RESOLUTION 2024-004 OAKLEY CITY CIVILITY POLICY AND RULES OF DECORUM (POSSIBLE ACTION) 5. RESOLUTION 2024-05 OAKLEY CITY PRIVACY SPACE COMPLIANCE PLAN (POSSIBLE ACTION) 6. MOTORIZED VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON TRAILS AND PUBLIC PATHWAYS - 3RD READING 7. MAYOR REPORT a. Cattail Well Phase II b. Other Items as needed. 8. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS a. Councilmember Reports as needed. 9. CLOSED SESSION - The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205(d). 10. ADJOURNMENT.
