- NOTICE OF ELECTION In the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District An election for the Office of Trustee representing Division 3 in the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District will be held on November 4, 2025. NOTICE is hereby given that applications for filing for candidacy in the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District Trustee election will be received beginning June 1, 2025, through June 9th during regular business hours, at the District offices located at 1800 West 4700 South. Candidate qualifications: 1. Be a U.S. citizen at the time of filing 2. Be a registered voter 3. Be a resident of the District and live within Voting Division 3 as the District is divided 4. Non-partisan Declaration of Candidacy Forms can be obtained at the District's office at the address shown above Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Mark Chalk Clerk
