- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MAG will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2025. This includes MAG Planning and Administration and MAG Single Family Rehabilitation for Summit and Wasatch Counties. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 12:00 P.M. on April 22, 2025 and will be held at MAG Orem Offices, 586 E 800 N Orem, UT or online via Zoom. Further information such as a copy of the proposed application can be obtained by contacting Heather Mills at hmills@magutah.gov or 801-229-3815. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Heather Mills at hmills@magutah.gov or 801-229-3815 at least three days prior to the hearing.
