- Please see attachments for complete details. The District's Wastewater Treatment Facility is currently being expanded with the addition of a dissolved air flotation device (DAF), along with new treatment tanks, blowers, and additional membranes. Construction is anticipated for the summer of 2025 with additional capacity online in November 2025 and substantial completion in January 2026. This proposal requests cost proposals for qualified Instrumentation and controls firms to provide panels, hardware and instrumentation, integration & calibration, and Programable logic controller (PLC) programming for the upgrade. The facility's current PLC was manufactured by Allen-Bradley in about 2008. The software was upgraded in 2022 to VT-SCADA for the water and wastewater facilities and intends to maintain the current software and as much of the current HMI interfaces as possible. Firms interested in submitting proposals should be well versed in; -Panel construction -Instrumentation procurement, installation, and calibration. -controls, integration, and PLC programming including use of VT-SCADA software This RSQ is issued consistent with the District's Purchasing Policy pursuant to Utah Code § 17B-1-618.
