- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE ARTS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the Arts Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the conference room at the Electric Theater Center located at 68 East Tabernacle, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, April 24, 2025, commencing at 7:30 a.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approval of the minutes from the meeting held on April 3, 2025. 2. Discussion regarding the Arts Festival. 3. Discussion and consideration of a new scoring system for RAP tax applications. 4. Discussion regarding RAP tax applications. 5. Reports and updates from Sub-Committees. 6.
