- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA FOR APRIL 24, 2025 5:30 P.M. - PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25th, 2025. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and anyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. COUNCIL MEETING 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Mollie Halterman 2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation 3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers 4. Public Comments: CONSENT AGENDA 5. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes from April 10, 2025 6. Approval of Warrant Register for April 24, 2025 ACTION AGENDA 7. Local Consent for Temporary Beer Permit for Single Event - Old Spanish Trail Rodeo, June 13 -14 8. Property Trade A-0002-0024-0000 for Dwight Hargett Parcel A-0395-0000-0000 9.
