- KEARNS CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-3-818, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Kearns Library located at 4275 West 5345 South, Kearns, Utah 84118 during the City Council Meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 6:00 pm MST. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the City of Kearns' Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. At the date and time fixed for the public hearing all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the proposed City's FY 2026 Budget. Those who wish to attend and speak at the hearing may do so. A copy of the budget will be available for inspection at least 7 days before the public hearing at the front counter of the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District office located at 860 W. Levoy Dr., Suite 300, Taylorsville, UT 84123. A copy will also be posted with this notice on the Utah Public Notice Website listed at the bottom of this notice. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Kearns City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 385-377-9466 within three working days of the meeting.
