- lanning Commission Meeting Wednesday, March 19, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and meeting on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, beginning at 7:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Woodland Hills City Center at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653. Public Hearing 1. Amendment to the City Development and Construction Standards for Subdivision 2.9.2: Requiring all existing properties or remodels exceeding 50% of the current residential floor space to connect to the city's sewer system if the property line is within 300 feet of the city's sewer system line. 2. Amendment to City Code 10.8.2B Permitted Building Uses: Removing RR-10, R1-1, and R1-2 zones and replacing the language with any residential zone; removal of advertised uses through online platforms or other media; and changing the short-term occupancy from three months to thirty days. 3. Amending City Code 10.11.8.B.1.J (Fencing): Removing the language 'planning commission site reviewers' and replacing it with 'approving authority.' 4. Amending City Code 10.11.8.B.2.a (Fencing): Adding the words, 'but are not limited to' after 'acceptable fencing materials include,' and adding the wording 'The approving authority can approve other fence materials.' 5. Amending City Code 10.11.8.B.6a and b Permit Requirements: replacing 'planning commission' with 'city'. 6. Amending City Code 10.11.8.C.(4): Removing the language 'planning commission reviewers' for 'approving authority'. 7. Amending City Code 10.11.8.C.(8-10): (8)Removing sections '6,7, and 8' and replacing it with '2-8; (9)add the wording 'uncoated' chain link and adding except in agricultural zone. For approved fencing material see B.2.a of this Title; and (10) add in 'plane' after the word 'front'. 8.
