- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 18th day of Dec ember 2024. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Approval of minutes from meeting on November 20, 2024. 5. Discussion and possible approval of conditional use permit for short-term rental at 249 S 100 W. 6. Discussion and possible approval of Business License and Conditional Use permit for Don Marcos Salon and Spa. 7. Discussion and possible approval of meeting dates for 2025. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.net. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 16th day of December, 2024 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
