- BORD OF DIRECTOR MEETING March 11th at 7 p.m. Uintah County Commission Large Conference Room 152 E 100 N, Vernal, UT 84078 AGENDA Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 1. Approval of minutes from previous meetings: 02/11/25 & 03/06/25. 2. Approve expenditures for February 2025. 3. Follow up / Discuss Asset Transfer agreement. 4. Follow up / Discuss RFP & RFQ 5. Follow up / Discuss our email and domain. 6. Follow up / Discuss 7500 E Ft. Duchesne project (Larry Montoya with UDOT) sending over a list of construction managers from the pool for review. 7. Welcome new hire for UTSSD Administrative Assistant 8. Closed session for the purpose of discussing pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
