- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public staff meeting through Zoom https://zoom.us meeting ID #3278889056, commencing on April 22, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING, NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion on Capital Facilities Plan 2. Funding options for Capital Facilities projects 3. Request for approval of RMP Contract for Sheep Creek Lift Station 4. Request for approval of Standards Amendment 5. Powder West mainline improvements Closed Session Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting.
