- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075. Board meeting agenda: 1. Declaration of conflicts of interest. 2. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held February 13, 2025. 3. Public Comments: Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda. 4. Service Award - Dennis Byington (10 years) 5. CMGC Fairfield Road Sewer Replacement update and approval of change order - Whitaker Construction 6. Presentation of Industrial Pretreatment 2024 Program Compliance Inspection Report - Jonas Reeder 7. Award Contract to Stationary Power Systems for MSGR Battery Replacement - Myron Bachman 8. Award Contract for Digester Lid Replacement - Myron Bachman 9. Resolution 2025-03: Municipal Wastewater Planning Program (MWPP) Resolution - David Hatch 10.
