- EUREKA PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Wednesday, March 19, 2025 7:00 P.M. Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Bonnie Burt - Discussion on Manufactured Home to put on her lot on Church Street. B. Review of Building Permits submitted for review. (i) Adam Barlow - Permit # 54, #55 & #57 215 Railroad Street. Roof Replacement and Room Addition, Excavation Permit. (ii) Adam Barlow - Permit # 56 - 175 W. Dublin Avenue, Single Family Room Addition. C. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor (i) Eureka City Subdivision Ordinance Review - Set Date for Public Hearing. (ii) General Plan Review. (iii) Cottage Home Ordinance Review 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
