- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a proposed amendment to the Brigham City Code, Chapter 156 Zoning, to establish Outdoor Lighting Standards by creating a new section 156.361 Outdoor Lighting Standards, amend section 156.447 Site, Access and Lighting Plan Required, and remove section 156.460 Lighting. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. APPLICATION # 24-072
