- 2025 CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION The City of Holladay will hold a municipal election on November 4, 2025, for the following offices: Mayor (4-year term). Council Member District 1 (4-year term). Council Member District 3 (4-year term). If necessary, a municipal primary election will also be held on August 12, 2025. The general election will be held on November 4, 2025. The Declaration of Candidacy period will be June 2- June 6, 2025. Qualified candidates must fill out a Declaration of Candidacy Form in person with the City Recorder at Holladay City Hall (4580 S 2300 E) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If a candidate will be outside Utah for the entire filing period, he/ she may still run by following the provision outlined in Utah Code ยง 20A-9- 203. Qualifications for municipal office are: Registered voter in the Holladay Must be 18 years old at the time of the next election and a United States Citizen Must have resided within the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election. Must be a resident of the council district Not convicted of a felony, treason or crime relating to elections unless the right to hold elective office has been restored.
