Building and Huntington Complex. 5. Discussion/Approval of Accidental Insurance Coverage for Leagues 6. Financial report and Approval of Bills for Payment 7. Upcoming events and Board Member Concerns 8. Chairman Comments. 9. Closed/executive session (as needed) to discuss attorney/client communications regarding litigation or other matter allowed by law.
