- Wednesday, March 15, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. February 22, 2023 B. March 1, 2023 2. Site Plan A. DART INDUSTRIAL. The proposal involves industrial development of property located at 861 West 1000 North. B. DESIGNER HOME INTERIORS. The proposal involves commercial development of property located at 726 South Main Street. C. DON BENNETT COMMERICAL LOT 2. The proposal involves industrial development of property located at 195 West 1600 North. D. BELTRAN HANGER. The proposal involves development and construction of a hangar at the Spanish Fork Airport located at 2050 North 300 West. 3. Final Plat A. ESCALANTE TOWNHOMES. The proposal involves final plat approval for 20 residential units in a Master Planned Development to be located at 1060 East 400 North. B. OAKRIDGE COVE PHASE 2 PLAT A. The proposal involves final plat approval for 15 residential lots in a Master Planned Development to be located at 3200 East Eagle Drive. C. OAKRIDGE COVE PHASE 2 PLAT B. The proposal involves final plat approval for 12 residential lots in a Master Planned Development to be located at 3200 East Eagle Drive. D. OAKRIDGE COVE PHASE 2 PLAT C. The proposal involves final plat approval for 11 residential lots in a Master Planned Development to be located at 3200 East Eagle Drive. 4. Concept Review A. ARBY'S CONCEPT. B. ANDERSON TOWNHOMES CONCEPT. 5. General Plan A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT (23.01 TMP). The proposal involves revisions to the Transportation Master Plan. 6. Adjourn
