- AMERICAN FORK CITY COUNCIL MAY 13, 2025 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street. The City Council will receive public comments regarding the declaration of the following parcels to be surplus: Parcel Number 13:050:0262 containing 5.524 acres at approximately 700 South 100 West. It is currently located in Utah County, but when annexed into the city it will be located in the PR-3.0 zone. The property is currently being used for grazing. Parcel Number 13:066:0024 containing 0.940 acres at approximately 730 South 100 West. It is currently located in Utah County, but when annexed into the city it will be located in the PR-3.0 zone. The property is currently being used for grazing. Parcel Number 13:050:0263 containing 0.0247 acres at approximately 700 South 25 West. It is currently located in Utah County, but when annexed into the city it will be located in the PR-3.0 zone. The property is currently being used for grazing.
