Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda - By Motion 4. Approve minutes of February 12, 2025, regular meeting - By Motion 5. Discuss trees on Town property that need to be cut down and make decision - By Motion 6. Appoint Planning Commission Member - By Motion 7. Mayor's Report - Todd Robinson a) Discuss issue with accessory building that does not meet the town's setback requirements but was approved by the building inspector. 8. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 9. Power/Fire Department Report - Travis Isaacson 10. Cemetery/Planning and Zoning - Marge Cipkar 11. Roads/Park/Building Reports - Todd Memmott 12. Open Discussion 13. Close meeting to discuss an individual's character, professional competence, or physical or mental health - By Motion 14. Reopen public meeting - By Motion 15. If necessary make any motions needed as a result of closed meeting - By Motion 16.
