- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 17th day of April 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from March 13, 2025. 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Business Licenses: Mark Kidman - 140 E 100 N - Cleanit Gilbert Salas - 80 N 100 E - Gammies - Outstanding Building/Zoning Permits: Michelle Renshaw - 148 E Center St. - Accessory Building 3. Business - Concept Plan - 379 N 200 E - Gibbons/Godfrey - Willis Acres Phase 2 - Darrin Michaelis/Garth Day - Boundary Line Adjustment Code 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
