CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 15th day of April 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Stephensen - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held March 18, 2025 2. Business - Youth Council Liaison - CAPSA - Sexual Assault Awareness Month - 911 Director Kristi Walker - Proposed Increase for 911 Dispatch Services - Resolution 25-05 'Amendment NO. 1 To the Interlocal Agreement for Dispatch Services Between Logan City and Clarkston Town' - Business License Application - Heidi Fawcett - Amphitheater Use Request - Sunnie Nield - Surplus Generator Sealed Bids 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember M. Stephensen - March Warrant List - Youth Council - Easter Egg Hunt - Pony Express Days Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Emergency Management - Cache County School District Councilmember J. Petersen - Roads Department - Parks/Sports/Recreation Dept. - Float/ Parades 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next Meeting - May 6, 2025 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session.
