- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 2/18/2025. Discussion and vote on Impact fee Plan and Ordinance Jones and DeMille to provide the Council with an update on the Sanpete County Trail project and kick off the public involvement period. Appointment of selected Fire Clerk. Discussion and vote on Sterling Town's Facilities Ordinance. Presentation by Pete Conover on the Sterling Community Garden and Discussion and vote on continuing the Sterling Community Garden. Additional Discussion(s) brought up, not to be voted on. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on March 14, 2025 are highlighted in red. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 14th of March 2025.
