- Public Notice The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the Abatement District office located at 1425 East 1000 South in Naples, Utah (Telephonic participation for board members available as per district policy~passed April 9, 2020). AGENDA 1. Call to order 2. Prayer or inspirational thought 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Introduction of the newest board member 5. Roll call 6. Public input 7. Report on the Fraud Risk Hotline email and dropbox 8. Approval of the December budget hearing and regular board meeting minutes. 9. Approval of the bills, expenditures, and financial statements 10. Election of officers (Chair, Vise Chair, Records Officer, Budget Officer, Secretary/Treasurer, and Clerk) 11. Election of the 2025 Internal Audit Committee. 12. 2025 Annual Report of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District 13. Manager's Report. 14. Update, discussion, and action, on credit card cash back options, online access, and notifications. 15. Legislative update discussion. 16. Restructure of UMAD Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual for the purpose of lowering insurance premiums through Utah Local Government Trust (ULGT) 'Empowering Safety Program and otherwise. a. SECTION XX: GENERAL SAFETY i. Driver Qualification Program (ULGT) ii. Backing Policy (ULGT) iii. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) iv. Performance Evaluations and merit raises based on safety (ULGT) 17. Amendments to the UMAD By-laws and the UMAD Board of Trustees' Policies. a. Board member pay 18. Proposal of a grant partnership with USU for the purpose of educating UMAD staff in the uses of drones. 19. Selling of undesired pesticide. 20. Adjourn
