- Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission August 20, 2024 The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting August 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Room, 115 West Main, and Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The agenda is as follows: Item Responsible Person 1. Welcome Chairman 2. Roll Call Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes Chairman 4. Addition of 'Sauna' as allowable use in Mt. Pleasant City Commercial Manufacturing Zone Chairman 5. Project Update Mt. Pleasant Equestrian Center Secretary 6. Affordable Housing Bruce Dickerson 7. Duplex requirements Chairman 8. Master Transportation and City Codes update Secretary 9. Public Participation (limit 3 minutes per person) Chairman 10. Adjourn Chairman
