- HINCKLEY TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hinckley Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with their regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM In the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comments to amend Hinckley Town Code Title 10, Section 8, Agricultural Zone, Chapter 1, C. Density Transfer and D. Clustered lots. To receive public comments to amend Hinckley Town Code Title 10, Section 19 Subdivision,10.19.3 Subdivision Improvements, 10.19.20 Completion of Improvements C.1. Hinckley Town Code Title 10, Section 19 Subdivision, 10.19.4 Subdivision Design Standards, 10.19.31 Water Supply.
