Welcome & Verify Quorum: Matt Dahl, Chair Time 8:30 2. Approval of the Meeting Minutes for March 13, 2025, Meeting 8:34 3. Sunrise Metro SLCo Loan Restructure Review - Russell Goodman (Interim HCD Director) has requested the HTF Advisory Board to review the new terms for Sunrise Metro Loan. HTF Advisory Board will provide a recommendation to HCD Director. Advisory Board members need to review the following; - Loan modification request form - Sunrise Pro Forma Development group will be invited to present projects details and answer questions from the Advisory Board/Staff.
