Consider programming recommendations from the Technical Committee for 2025-2029 Transportation Improvement Fund - Re-assign funds previously programed to Washington City's Red Hills Parkway Widening (Middleton Drive to Green Springs) (PIN# 22215) to a new project to extend Washington City Main Street to 100 East ($890,000 in STIP Year 2028) - $388,000 to cover feasibility study and concept development for three Regionally Significant bike/ped trails: 1. $198,000 to SR-18 Trail (Snow Canyon Park to Veyo) 2. $140,000 to Virgin River Trail (Washington City to Grandpa's Pond in Hurricane) 3. $50,000 to Sheep Bridge Road Trail 3.
