- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District Date and time: Tuesday, April 8, 2024 at 2:00 pm Location: N/A. This meeting will be held electronically via Zoom. Information to attend virtually: To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board via Zoom webinar platform, register in advance using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_r6zGDtDZSM6Z7kr7xgxtmg Agenda 1. Welcome. 2. Approval of minutes from the November 19, 2024 meeting. 3. Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 2025-01: Amendment to the MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District FY2025 Budget 4. Executive Director Update and Board Member Comments 5. Adjourn.
