REGULAR SESSION 5:30 PM Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing and Action Bonanza Park - Land Management Code Amendments - The Planning Commission Will Discuss Recommended Land Management Code Amendments to Implement the Bonanza Park Small Area Plan through a New Mixed-Use Zoning District to Create a Vibrant and Pedestrian-Oriented Mixed-Use Neighborhood. PL-24-06302 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Continuation or Possible Recommendation to City Council 2685 Meadow Creek Drive - Modification to Plat Amendment - The Applicant is Proposing to Modify the Smith Subdivision First Amended Plat Amendment Approved by the Planning Commission on March 13, 2024, to Shift the House and Barn Building Pads and Driveway Easement to Comply with an Updated Wetlands Delineation Located in the Single Family and Estate Zoning Districts and the Sensitive Land Overlay. PL-25-06415 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 7900 Royal Street - Conditional Use Permit - The Applicant Proposes to Construct a Vehicle Control Gate at the Double Eagle at Silver Lake Condominiums in the Residential Development Zoning District and Sensitive Land Overlay. PL-25-06392 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 1750 Kearns Boulevard (Treasure Mountain Junior High School and Park City High School) - Conditional Use Permit - The Applicant is Proposing Two Soccer Fields, Eight Tennis Courts, Eight Sets of Bleachers, Four Batting Cages, Three Accessory Structures, One Scoreboard, One Baseball Field, and One Softball Field in the Recreation and Open Space Zoning District and Sensitive Land Overlay.
