- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is also available by Zoom: link- Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85260293450?pwd=eGpvYjRKKzNSb0p5L1NXemlLdEwvZz09 Meeting ID: 852 6029 3450 Passcode: 503230 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Harvey B. Pledge of Allegiance- Jessika Clarke C. Invocation- Craig Brandt D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Bolos E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes)- F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #103255-103323 and #486951-487071 in the amount of $5,309,547.25. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $111,257.64 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on October 1, 2024. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. 6. Request from the Ogden Eccles Conference Center for approval to surplus office furniture. 7. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and White Pine Engineering to widen a box culvert for Phase 4 of the 12th Street Project. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Winco Fireworks Utah LLC for the Winco Fireworks Blast Off to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center. 9. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Inoel Chavez to hold the October 2024 Matched Races at the Golden Spike Event Center. 10. Request for approval of a facility rental agreement by and between Weber County and Utah Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife Resources to hold Regional Advisory Council meetings in the Weber Center for the 2025 year. 11. Request for approval of a facility rental agreement by and between Weber County and Utah Department of Corrections for the Mission of Division meeting to be held in the Weber Center. 12. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Select Health for 2025 medical insurance. 13. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and IHC Health Services, Inc. for 2025 Employee Assistance Program. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of a final reading of an ordinance of Weber County amending certain fees to the Weber County Sheriff's Office fee schedule. Presenter: Hannah Gard 2.
