- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON THE 15TH DAY OF APRIL 2025. AT THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS 58 SOUTH MAIN, HELPER, UTAH. THE MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 3:00 PM. 1- CALL TO ORDER. 2- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 3- ROLL CALL. 4- PUBLIC COMMENT. 5- DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF RENEWING THE LEASE OR PURCHASING THE BACKHOE FOR PUBLIC WORKS. POSSIBLE CLOSED SESSION. ADJOURNMENT: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing bheilesen@helpercity.gov. I Billie Heilesen Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 4th day of April 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
