- NOTICE OF AN ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MEETING April 8, 2025, at 5:30 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Active Transportation Commission will hold a regularly scheduled Active Transportation Commission meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 5:30 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. This meeting can also be viewed on our live stream page. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS/AWARDS/PROCLAMATIONS 2.1. Encouraging Active, Healthy, Sustainable Transportation: Bike Month and Bike to Work or Anywhere Day 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS Time dedicated for public comment. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. No actions may be taken by the ATC due to the need for proper public noticing. 4. WORK SESSION No work items were submitted. 5. BUSINESS ITEMS 5.1. Wayfinding Master Plan Project Updates: An update from Bike Utah, followed by feedback from the Commission. 5.2. Logo Design Options: Bike Utah will be providing a logo design for the ATC as a donation. 5.3. ARCH Grant Application Update: Progress and next steps. The ATC, in collaboration with Bike Utah and Utah City, has submitted an application for the ARCH grant. If awarded, the grant will fund the development of a bike share facility plan and an implementation strategy for Vineyard. 6. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 7. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is on ____May 13, 2025 ______________. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a commission member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all Active Transportation Commission meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this public meeting should notify Anthony Fletcher, Planner, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (385) 422-2136 or email anthonyf@vineyardutah.org.
