Discussion and possible action to appoint the Chair and Vice Chair for the Board of Adjustment. 2:10 P.M. 4. Variance Application. Discuss and consider a proposed variance to the zoning requirement for setbacks for accessory buildings in side yard for a property at 1667 West Pleasant View Drive. (Presenter: Tammy Eveson) 3:00 P.M. 5. Adjournment Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Thursday, April 3, 2025, commencing at 2:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
