- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE BOARD MEETING AGENDA The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Wednesday March 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: Minutes of the previous meetings: Regular Meeting February 5, 2025 Bills presented for payment: Public Comment: BUSINESS: 1. DISCUSSION ON BECOMING A CERTIFIED DARK SKY COMMUNITY - SYLVIA SIMS 2. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR KOBE SHATTO AT 121 WEST 100 SOUTH, ORDERVILLE FOR AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT AS A SHORT-TERM RENTAL 3. CONSIDER FOR APPOINTMENT THE APPLICANTS FOR THE RECREATION DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 4.
