Discussion regarding RAP Cultural, RAP Recreation, and Restaurant Tax grant programs; Amy Jones (15 min) 2. Discussion regarding the draft Bylaws establishing a Rural Planning Organization (RPO) for Summit and Wasatch counties; Bob Allen, Mountainland Association of Governments, and Carl Miller (20 min) 3. Discussion and possible recommendation to Summit County Council to adjust Small Cities Grant amount; Derrick Radke and Carl Miller (40 min) 4. Possible approval of meeting Minutes dated February 15, 2022, and May 17, 2022 (5 min) 5. Next COG meeting: _______________, 2022 Members of the Council of Governments, presenters, and members of public, may attend by electronic means, using Zoom (phone or video).
