- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the TRT/TRCC Advisory Board will meet for a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Welcome and Introduction of Board & Staff - Orgination of Funds Transient Room Tax & Restaurant Tax Update - Overview of Travel & Tourism Office o Promotion o Advertising o Staff Duties, Including Building Oversite o Support of Local Events o Convention Services o Welcome Center o Fam Tours - Budget - Constraints, Opportunities, & Partnerships - Board Discussion - Who Are We Missing & Next Steps - Meeting Schedule - Adjourn
