- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 2, 2024, at 6 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed amendments to the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance, Title 17.13.240 Required Streets, Curb, Gutter, Sidewalks, And Trails and Title 17.02.010 Land Use Authorities. The City is proposing various text amendments to the Title 17 concerning a modified standard for required development improvements.
