- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider amending the following sections of Kaysville City Code: Title 17 Chapter 33 Sign Regulations This intended amendment to the ordinance will limit sign heights in proximity to scenic byways.
