- Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Council will hold the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main Street, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening remarks - Mayor Jeff Hall - Open period for public comments 2. Business - Review and approval of the minutes of the June 21st, 2022 meeting - Review and approve expenses - Resolution for franchise agreement - Selling surplus property - outdated ham radios 3. Mayor's Report - Garbage collection - Budget - 4th of July report/discussion - Cornish EMS contract - Annexation update - Theatre costs / price increase 4. Departments - Jonna Westover - Water, Sewer, Youth Council - Brooke Hyer - 4th of July, Cemetery, Arts Council - Ned Simper - Roads, Theatre, Library, County Animal Control - John Morrison - Planning & Zoning, Economic Development - Fizz Bodily - Fire Department, CERT/Emergency Preparedness, Parks & Recreation 5. Adjourn Next scheduled meeting is August 16th, 2022
