- PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE FOR ZONE CHANGE Notice is hereby given that South Weber will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the property located at approximately 1945 E. South Weber Drive. The purpose is to review an application to change the zoning on two (2) acres from R-L (Residential Low Density) to R-M (Residential Moderate Density). The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at South Weber City Hall, 1600 E South Weber Drive, on April 10, 2025 at 6pm. The public is invited to attend in person or watch the proceedings www.YouTube.com/c/southwebercityut. For a copy of the public notice, to request special accommodations, or any additional inquiries contact Deputy Recorder Raelyn Boman at 801-479-3177, rbo-man@southwebercity.com.
