- BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah will meet in public session Monday, March 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 1. Update on Confluence Park Water Reclamation Facility-Reuse Pump Station GMP 2. Update on Virgin River program 3. Presentation of draft Ultra Water Efficient (UWE) Community Standards 4. Presentation of Water Shortage Contingency and Drought Survey results 5. Discussion and feedback on a potential resolution prohibiting use of District water infrastructure and water interests for new non-essential uses 6. Consider resolution adding provisions to the Retail Water System Rules and Regulations regarding will-serve letters and retail water service to unincorporated areas in the RWSA service area 7. Consider approval of engineering contract for West Side Water Treatment Plant Piloting and Site Evaluation 8. Consider approval of P-Card for Riley Martin 9. Manager's report 10. Request for closed session to discuss purchase of real property 11. (Return to open session) Consider approval of purchase of real property 12.
