- NOTICE OF LIBRARY MEETING - RICHFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY Notice is hereby given that the Richfield Public Library Board of Trustees will meet on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 8am. Items on the agenda will be: 1. Welcome & Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Board Training/Policy Review 4. Director's Update on Library Status a. Financials b. Projects c. Staffing d. Event Planning e. Volunteer updates/Community Outreach f. Civic Duties (City Council Meetings, Chamber of Commerce, etc) 5. Committee Reports/Board Updates a. Administration b. Public Relations 6. Follow-up Items 7. New Items (including public commentary) 8. Adjournment
